How to embed training and accelerate strategic ROI through quarterly reviews.

Multinational FSI Organisation Quarterly Reviews (A Jarther+ Case Study)

Here’s the challenge:

After investing in team training and strategic planning for their marketing division, both the CEO and the Marketing Director of this large, multinational FSI organisation recognised their teams could easily revert to old ways, without consistent reinforcement of new skills.

The pressures of the business meant these leaders did not have as much time to invest in this as they’d like. They also recognised the danger of ‘group think’. With an ambition for continual improvement, the Marketing Director also needed a strategic partner and sounding board.

Here’s our response:

Jarther+ developed a quarterly review to drive accountability across the team, adapting a mini-audit framework to match the existing marketing strategy. Key concepts were reinforced to embed the learning, with an exploration of impact to ensure tactics were adjusted to respond to market conditions.

More importantly, here are the impacts:

Jarther+ used offline sessions to collaborate with a variety of creative minds according to the industry and market, to help provide an even wider perspective. The pre-workshop questions and provocations encourage the team to progress their thinking, so that the collaborative online sessions are used to crack the most pressing issues.

As a result, the client has seen higher team engagement, a strong ‘trend line’ of continuous quarter-over-quarter improvement and more measurable (not to mention reportable) impact of their program.

Talk to Jarther+ about how we can help embed training and accelerate strategic ROI through regular, disciplined quarterly reviews.
